in order to focus all your energies on patient care, you need to know that all your
personal needs are also being met. That’s why Titan Medical does all it can

Medical Care
Serviceable anywhere in the country, our healthcare plan is administered by Reliance
Standard and includes prescription drug coverage. Employees may also elect coverage
for life insurance and short-term disability.
Dental Insurance
Available in addition to the medical plan, this benefit is available as a stand-alone
coverage and also for candidates who already have medical coverage, but may need
dental coverage as well.
Paid Vacation
Traveler employees are eligible for a vacation payment of 40 hours at your regular
rate of pay (up to $1,200) after accumulating 2,080 hours of actual work time.
Paid Holidays
You’re eligible for paid holidays immediately that include – New Year’s
Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
To qualify, candidates must work a minimum of 30 hours during the holiday week.

401k Retirement Plan
With Titan Medical, you may begin to contribute to your 401k retirement plan after
1,000 hours of service during a 12 month period. Titan matches up to 50% of your
first 6% of contributions.
State License Reimbursement
We will not only reimburse you for state licensure fees, Titan Medical will also
assist you with required paperwork to expedite these processes whenever possible.
CE Reimbursement
Receive reimbursement of up to $300 for CE credits per calendar year.
Referral Bonuses
Do yourself, your friends and Titan Medical a favor by participating in our Referral
Bonus program. Earn $250 when the referred candidate reaches the six week requirement.
Earn $500 if you are on assignment when you referred the candidate.
