Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. If you have any concerns
regarding the quality and/or safety of patient care provided in the medical facility
to which you have been assigned, you are encouraged to contact your healthcare supervisor
and/or Titan Medical so that your concerns may be reviewed and the appropriate action
taken. As a contract employee of Titan Medical, you may also report your concerns,
without fear of reprisal, to the Joint Commission on Accreditation Healthcare Organizations.
