Hello, I’m Gale! I am a first-time medical recruiter, but I bring over a decade of experience in the healthcare field. My background includes working in staff relief—primarily in long-term care—home care, and scheduling house staff for both staff relief and home care settings. Additionally, I have extensive experience in recruiting, just not in the medical field—until now! It only makes sense to combine my passion for both. I genuinely love working with people and consider myself a true people person. Healthcare is such a vital part of life—after all, if we don’t take care of our bodies, where else are we going to live?
A little about me outside of work—I have a bucket list dream of visiting Senja, Norway, and one day, I might even try my hand at stand-up comedy. We’ll see how that goes!
