Brian Wilke

Brian Wilke has spent the last 15 years of his 19-year career in the healthcare staffing industry, serving as Titan Medical’s chief executive officer. His goal as CEO has always been to make a difference in the industry and help hospitals that are dealing with severe staffing shortages. He’s proud of Titan’s commitment to working with only the best traveling staff, which ensures patients receive the care they need and deserve.

Jenny Lyman

Jenny Lyman joined Titan Medical in 2010 as an Account Manager. She has since been promoted several times, first to Team Lead and then to Sales Manager and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Jenny strives to ensure Titan Medical maintains its reputation of having the best staff in the industry. She is proud to work for a company built on a foundation of hard work, honesty and integrity.

Carrie Miller

Carrie Miller joined Titan in January 2017. Carrie is a CPA and is licensed in both Nebraska and Colorado. With over 40 years of experience, she has served in various positions, including SVP/CFO of a Fortune 500 Company. Other roles include Controller, Compliance Officer, SOX internal auditor, and National Bank Examiner.

Riley Farah

Hi, I am Riley! With over six years of experience as a Recruiter, I have developed a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, staffing needs, and the vital importance of building strong, effective teams. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in identifying top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and fostering long-term relationships with healthcare professionals. As I move into a training role, I am eager to leverage my expertise in recruiting and my passion for nurturing talent to help shape the next generation of healthcare professionals. My extensive experience in understanding the unique skills and qualifications required for various nursing positions, combined with my interpersonal communication and mentoring abilities, provides a solid foundation for training and developing future leaders in the healthcare field. Nicky Langenegger

Nicky has been in the staffing industry for close to 8 years. Most of that time, she was an Account Manager working with some of the nation’s largest MSP National Clients. In her current role, as Manager of Vendor Relations, she will use her experience with these partnerships to help other Account Managers gain and maintain success within these accounts. Nicky is excited to dive in and share her tips and tricks with our teams to aid in developing solid relationships between MSPs and Titan, for years and years to come.

Megan Kortright

What I love most about working at Titan Medical is with the healthcare industry continually changing and evolving, I am here to provide clinical support to all our internal employees and traveling healthcare professionals. Whether it’s navigating new policies and regulations, coaching, working through clinical concerns, providing education for continual quality improvement, or just being a listening ear. I love being able to provide that support and guidance, as we all strive for the same goals of clinical excellence and quality patient care! My dream travel destinations are Ireland and Scotland. Dave Dawson

Dave joined the Titan team over 7-years ago and strives to lead his team to grow both in their careers and in their personal life. One of Dave’s goals as a manager is to develop each person’s individual skills on the Allied Team.

Natasha Smith

Natasha Smith joined Titan Medical in April 2017 with 12 years of industry experience under her belt. In her role as Sales Manager, one of her goals is to help take Titan to the next level. Her focus is on helping the talented people of Titan grow and develop in their roles with the company.

Roben McNally

Roben joined Titan in August of 2020, starting as a Credentialing Specialist. Most recently she was promoted to Client Services Manager. She brings almost 15 years worth of management experience, ranging from restaurants to start-up tech companies. She also has many years of experience in customer service. A big goal of hers at Titan is employee development. She wants to help each person see their potential, set professional goals, and strive to be the best version of themselves.

Sarah Mason

Sarah Mason joined Titan Medical in 2013 as a Recruiter and was recently promoted to Nursing Sales Manager.  She was a top producer many times in her tenure as Recruiter and was promoted to Senior Recruiter.  Sarah is excited to share the knowledge she has gained over the past 9 years with her team. One of her top goals is to develop and grow her team and to help them reach all of their individual goals professionally and personally.

Angie Smith

Angie joined the Titan Medical Group team in 2020. Angie was promoted to HR/Benefit Coordinator in August of the same year and is now leading the HR Department. Angie’s goal is to support and motivate the HR team while providing phenomenal Titan support with a smile. 

Ann Waller

Caire Barnett

What I love most about working at Titan Medical is the variety of the day-to-day in my position and the amazing people I get to work with! My dream travel destination is EVERYWHERE! Visiting all seven continents is high on my bucket list. If I could choose a theme song for myself, it would be All I Know So Far by Pink. Another thing about me is, have been married for 18 years; my husband and I have two brilliant children. I am a US Army Veteran (Hooah!), a huge crafter, and a baker. I love animals of all kinds; cats, dogs, chickens; heck, I would pet an alligator if I were sure it wouldn’t eat me!

Kaleigh Molgaard

Hi, I’m Kaleigh and I’ve had the joy of calling Titan Medical home for the past 10 years. As Office Manager, I’m behind the scenes glue that keeps everything running smoothly – supply whisperer, problem solver, and unofficial team hype woman.

I take pride in creating a space where people feel organized and just a little less stressed. Whether it’s jumping into something new entirely or finding the perfect solution to a last minute hiccup, I am always ready to roll up my sleeves and make it happen.

When I am not in the office you can find me teaching a Sculpt class, spending time with my loved ones, teeing off at a driving range, or making a to-do list for fun (I wish I was kidding.) I look forward to connecting with you!

Kimberly Whitehill

What I love most about working at Titan Medical is coming to work daily knowing I will be supported, challenged, and valued. Also, as a bonus, I get to work with some pretty sweet co-workers who have become more like family (a loyal, hysterical, witty, weirdo family). My name is Brandon! I have been in the industry for three years! What I love most about working at Titan Medical is my friendly co-workers. I enjoy coming to work and being able to provide my travelers with their wants and needs. I love making them happy! I want my future/current travelers to know that I am probably most likely the funniest person at Titan Medical and that stems from my home of 2 boys and wife that help me improve my humor everyday. My dream travel destination is Dubai. I’m Cassie! Prior to becoming a recruiter, I spent ten years in the banking industry. With several family members in the medical field, I was inspired to make a career change and find a role where I could truly make a difference in healthcare.

I’m excited to connect with people across the country and help them continue doing what they do best. I take pride in working hard, following through, and making sure the job gets done.

My name is Jake! I have been in the industry since 2011; going on 13 years strong! I have a 5 year old son, Case, who keeps me busy. I like to spend my time outdoors enjoying golf, hiking, and fishing. Can’t forget about Nebraska Sports as well!  What I love most about this industry is the everchanging landscape-every day is a new day. The challenges we face to help our hospital clients with their staffing shortages keeps me busy day in and day out. It is very rewarding to know we are helping hospitals throughout the country serve their patients and their community. I’m Jeremy! I have been in the industry for over five years and I love meeting new people and learning about what they do. I hope every potential traveler knows that if they are truly open to exploring our country, there will always be tons of options for jobs! I am the only male in a house of girls. My wife, two daughters, and our new girl puppy keep me busy and happy, even if they are making me go grey! I love to golf, fish, and read when I can find the time.

My name is Kelly! I have been in the industry for a year a half and I love my work family and my travelers! I want potential travelers to know that I treat my travelers like people and I am easy to talk to. I will always listen but I will also always try to think outside of the box to see if we can find the next great adventure for you! I also have big family values. I have ten kids whether that be mine, his, or married into, so holidays are always wild and crazy in my house. No, they do not all live at home. I don’t think I could survive that!

I’m Rick! I’m new to the staffing industry, but I bring over 17 years of experience serving people in the health and fitness field. Before that, I spent my early adult years in the military, where I had the opportunity to travel and experience many incredible places.

Hi, I’m Robyn! I’m new to Titan Medical and excited to begin this next chapter. Prior to joining the team, I worked in the health and wellness industry as a Health Coach, where I discovered my passion for helping others—a passion I’m thrilled to carry into my role as a recruiter.

As I step into this new position, my goal is to ensure every traveler I work with feels supported and valued. I’m here to help guide them through their journey and look forward to celebrating each new opportunity along the way.

My name is Seamus! After two and half years in this industry, I would say that the continued relationships with facilities and travelers is what I appreciate most. I have travelers that I have worked with since I started at Titan as a Recruiter, and facilities I’ve worked with since becoming an Account Manager. The process of building that trust and doing whatever I can to help is very important to me. Outside of Titan, I enjoy anything that involves working with my hands. From painting or DIY-ing, to working on my car. Then of course, playing with my English bulldog Biggie! My dream travel destination is Ireland. I’m Amanda! I’ve been working in the industry for the past four years and absolutely love what I do. Hi, I’m Austin! I’ve been a recruiter in the industry for a year and a half, and what I enjoy most is building genuine relationships with the nurses I work with. I focus on truly getting to know my travelers so I can help match them with assignments that fit their goals, lifestyle, and needs.

I stay closely connected throughout each assignment; answering questions, solving problems, and making sure my travelers feel supported every step of the way. Being honest, reliable, and fully invested in their success is what motivates me each day!

Hi, my name is Cass! I am new to this Industry, however I have been working in the medical field for over 30 years! I have worked level 1 Trauma, Ortho, and I have spent the last 10 years working in management. I love that the Healthcare profession is one of the few jobs that has so many diverse options for employment. It makes the job unique and exciting!

Elijah Johnson

Hi! I’m Elijah! I’m getting started in the industry for the first time after spending the last 7+ years in hospitality and rental travel. I love getting to know people and meet others all throughout the country and the world! It fascinates me to hear about different experiences, destinations, and future adventures when it comes to traveling. My big three in life are baseball, fitness, and my family, so you may hear me mention them once or twice. Personally, I have had the luxury to play college/professional baseball where I got to see many parts of the world that I’ve never envisioned myself going, much like many travelers. I take a lot of pride in being consistent, reliable, and disciplined.

Hi, I’m Greg! Although I’m new to the healthcare staffing industry, I’m excited to be part of a team that helps place talented traveling nurses in positions where they can make a real difference. Hello I’m James! I have worked for Titan Medical for under a year. Prior to recruiting I was in the Army as a medic and infantryman. My name is Jason! I started in healthcare staffing in June of 2022 with Titan! What I love most about working at Titan Medical is working with such friendly people and learning new things. I love that everyday is different and you never know what to expect. Hi, I’m Jenni Lundy Roell.  I’ve been in healthcare recruiting for over 10 years, mainly working with RNs, Surgical Techs, and Sterile Processors. What I love most about my job is building strong relationships with my travelers and helping them find travel contracts that fit both their career goals and personal needs.

I’m all about clear communication, teamwork, and making sure things run smoothly from start to finish. For me, it’s all about creating a positive experience for everyone I work with.

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my husband and our 5-year-old son, jamming out to Taylor Swift, or cheering on Michigan football (Go Blue!).

Hey there, my name is Jess! Although I am new to Titan, I am not new to the industry. I have been building relationships with facilities and clients for over 5 years and have a passion for taking care of everyone along the way! Excellent patient care is my number one priority, and I strive to be an advocate for them by finding the best care possible. I envy our travelers who see thru travel assignments all over the country, filling their buckets by exploration and care. Take me with you (kidding, not kidding)!!!

In my downtime, I enjoy hanging out with family and friends. My girls are adults now, so “empty nesting” is where I am at in life but get my baby fix with my nieces, nephews, and a grandbaby. I look forward to hearing your story and to create new ones with you!

Kate Trerice

Hi, I’m Kate! I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and I attended Iowa State University receiving a BS in Kinesiology. I have always had a passion for medicine, as my grandfather was a pharmacist during World War II. I played sports my whole life until high school when I suffered injuries ending my athletic career. This was ultimately how I found myself working in athletics and medicine! I worked in HealthCare for 14 years – the last 12 as the Head Athletic Trainer at a large high school. I have cared for hundreds of student athletes, providing them with top of the line service and compassion. I truly believe that because of my experiences, I would be an asset to any nurse who is looking to travel! With that being said, I have been working for Titan for two years now and I love my co-workers and getting to know the contacts at my facilities in order to help them fill their needs! My dream travel destination is Fiji. What I love most about working at Titan Medical is knowing that every time I place a nurse on a new contract that someone’s loved one will be getting additional exceptional care. My dream travel destination is Bora Bora. I would love to spend a week in one of those amazing huts I see posted all over the internet. Hello, my name is Russell Langley, and I am excited to have recently joined Titan Medical. I am newly married to my wife, Madalyn, a Surgical Nurse here in Omaha, and together we share our home with our energetic Cavapoo puppy, Bunker. My background spans education, customer service, and more than a decade in the golf industry. I am a passionate golfer and had the privilege of competing at Nebraska Wesleyan University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time on the golf course, smoking meats, and hiking with my family.

I’m Tobi! I am originally from Texas, I got stationed in Nebraska in 2013 and have been here since. I sold insurance policies for 7 years prior to being a Nurse Recruiter. I enjoy speaking with people and getting to know about their likes, dislikes, families and hobbies. Outside of work I love watching my kids play sports, I enjoy playing basketball as well as being at the lake. In the summer I take my kids to the lake to fish, swim, kayak and boat as much as possible.

I’m Jeri! I’ve been in the healthcare staffing for about 5 years, and what keeps me here is the impact we make behind the scenes! Our healthcare professionals are the ones changing lives every day — I just get to support them while they do it. For me, it’s never just about filling a job. It’s about matching the right person to the right opportunity and helping them succeed!

Communication is everything to me. I’m proactive, honest, and always in my travelers’ corner. Whether it’s a quick check-in, working through a challenge, or celebrating a win, they know I’ll show up. I focus on building real relationships, not just making placements, and my travelers know they can call or text me anytime!

Outside of work, life is busy in the best way. I’m a proud mom of two sets of twin boys — yes, four boys! When my fiancé Scott and I aren’t playing darts, softball, or bowling, we’re usually at home with our two dogs, Miley and Finley, who absolutely run the house. I also love to cook! I’m more of a “throw it together and make it amazing” kind of person, and I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen. I’m Taylor! I have over two and a half years of experience in the staffing industry. I was inspired to become a recruiter because of the relationships that can be built with both clients and travelers, as well as the opportunity to create better experiences for travelers, both financially and personally.

I support my travelers day to day by finding solutions to their specific needs and being a reliable source for information and guidance throughout their journey. I have a strong passion for the social and relationship-driven side of this role, which is why I believe it suits me so well!! One thing travelers should know about me is that they will always have my full support and can come to me for anything they need along the way. I pride myself on delivering on my promises and helping set travelers up for the best possible success in their careers. I work hard to ensure needs are met and to make the travel experience both easy and fun.
