Hi, I’m Jenni Lundy Roell. I’ve been in healthcare recruiting for over 10 years, mainly working with RNs, Surgical Techs, and Sterile Processors. What I love most about my job is building strong relationships with my travelers and helping them find travel contracts that fit both their career goals and personal needs.
I’m all about clear communication, teamwork, and making sure things run smoothly from start to finish. For me, it’s all about creating a positive experience for everyone I work with.
When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me with my husband and our 5-year-old son, jamming out to Taylor Swift, or cheering on Michigan football (Go Blue!).
