Hi, I’m Rodney! I’m getting started in healthcare staffing after spending the last 9+ years in hospitality and sales. I’ve always enjoyed the people side of my work—learning about different cultures and lifestyles and connecting with people from all walks of life.
Having a twin sister who works as an L&D travel nurse has given me a front-row seat to what travelers actually experience. I’ve helped with the moves, the adjustments, and given her plenty of laughs while butchering medical jargon whenever she’d vent about a shift. I still can’t say half of it right, but I’ve learned enough to know when to just listen. That experience is ultimately what made healthcare staffing click for me.
Outside of work, you’ll probably hear me talking about golf, slow-pitch softball, and college sports.
