🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 Experience: Minimum 2 years required — must include Level IV NICU & PICU experience (hard stop)
• 🧾 Certifications: RRT (preferred), CRT (case-by-case), ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS, NC State License
• 💻 Charting: Epic
• ⚙️ Skills: Vent management, HFOV, jet ventilation, ECMO, neonatal/pediatric cardiac anomalies, airway care, and high-acuity pediatric support
• 👶 Patient Population: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults
