⏰ Shift: Days | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Variable, 72 hours/biweekly pay period)
💵 Salary Range: $37.78 – $47.74/hour (5-year wage scale, union position – contract currently being negotiated)
Position Overview
Join McLaren Thumb Region’s Rehabilitation team as a Physical Therapist working across outpatient, acute care, and swing bed settings. You’ll provide 1:1 patient-centered care — assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans to reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability for a diverse patient population.

Requirements
✔ Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Required)
✔ Current Michigan state PT licensure (Required)
✔ BLS Certification (Required)
✔ 1 year of PT experience (Strongly Preferred — but open to new grads!)
