🎯 Requirements:
✅ RRT preferred (CRT considered case-by-case)
✅ 2+ yrs NICU & PICU experience (hard stop)
✅ EPIC experience
✅ NC license in hand
✅ BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS
✅ Must have Level IV NICU, jet vent, oscillator, peds cardiac experience
✅ Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)
