🏥 Position Highlights
• 🫁 Role: Respiratory Therapist (RRT preferred; CRT accepted)
• 💡 Experience: 1+ year required | Level III NICU experience required
• 🪪 Certs: BLS, RRT (CRT considered)
• 🌙 Schedule: 3×12 Nights | Every other weekend
• 🧠 Settings: Adult Critical Care, Emergency Department, NICU
• 🫀 Skills: Ventilator management (BiPAP, CPAP), airway management, HFNC, intubation assist, trach care, oxygen therapy
• 🔄 Floating: Within facility as needed
• 💉 Patient Mix: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adults
• 💻 Charting: Epic strongly preferred
• 🦠 Vaccines: Flu required (medical/religious exemptions allowed); COVID not required
