🔍 Position Highlights
• 🧠 Experience: 2+ years required — must have high-level NICU/PICU/CVICU experience
• 💡 Certifications: NBRC, BLS, PALS, Advanced NRP (all required in hand)
• 🪪 License: Ohio RRT License (must be active prior to start)
• 💻 Charting: Epic (preferred)
• 🏥 Float: May float to Shaker Children’s Rehab, Fairview NICU, Akron NICU, and Hillcrest NICU
• 🩺 Patient Population: Pediatric, Neonatal, and Cardiac Critical Care
• ✋ Fingerprinting: Two required (one onsite, one agency-based)
