🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 5+ years recent experience required | Level I Trauma required
• 🏥 Critical Care: MICU & SICU experience required | Code Blue participation
• 🍼 NICU: Acute Care RT cross-trained in Level III NICU required
• 🎓 Certifications: RRT (required) | MA Respiratory Care License | BLS
• ⭐ Preferred: NPS and/or ACCS | Level III NICU experience
• 🫁 Ventilation: Lung-protective ventilation | Independent vent decision-making
• ⚙️ Equipment: Dräger XL & V500 ventilators (preferred)
• 🗓️ Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Day/Night Rotation | EOW & EOH required
