🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 Experience: 1+ year Histology required | First-time travelers accepted
• 🪪 Certs: ASCP-HT required | ASCP-HTL preferred
• 🖥️ Systems: Epic required | Cerner preferred
• ⚙️ Skills: Embedding, microtomy, frozen sections, IHC, special stains, H&E, decalcification, tissue processing, smear prep
• 🧬 Specimens: GI, large specimens, skin, fatty tissue, hard tissue, excisions, biopsies
• 🏥 Setting: Hospital lab | Works closely with pathologists, PAs & grossing techs
• 🔧 Equipment: VIP 5/6 processors, Benchmark Ultra (preferred)
• 🗓️ Schedule: Sun–Fri | No call
• 🏡 Locals: Not accepted (must live >50 miles)
