🧾 Requirements:
✅ 5+ Years Recent Experience (MICU/SICU)
✅ RRT Certification (NPS or ACCS preferred)
✅ MA Respiratory Care License
✅ BLS Certified
✅ EPIC Experience REQUIRED
🫀 Must handle Code Blues, Vent Decisions & Lung-Protective Strategies
👶 Level III NICU + Dräger XL/v500 Vents = a plus!
