✅ Requirements
BLS, ARRT, CRT
1+ year Radiation Therapy experience
Ability to work independently with complex radiation therapy equipment
Strong patient communication & education skills

Perform routine & specialized radiation treatments per physician treatment plans
Operate & maintain radiation therapy equipment
Mentor new staff/students in procedures & patient care
Ensure safety standards (ALARA) & proper documentation in EHR
Department provides supportive, patient-centered oncology care
