✔️ 2+ years of critical care experience
✔️ Strong vent skills: Servo-I, BiPAP, HFNC, ABGs
✔️ Certs: BLS, ACLS, PALS, RRT (NBRC), MO License
✔️ Charting: Meditech preferred
