🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 Experience: 2+ years required | First-time travelers accepted
• 🎓 Certifications: BLS (required), CA State Fluoro Permit (required) | Preferred: ACLS, ARRT
• 💻 Charting: Epic (preferred)
• 🧠 Environment: Inpatient Interventional Radiology | Adolescents–Geriatrics
• ⚙️ Skills & Procedures:
– Venous Access: Ports, PICC & central lines (care/maintenance)
– Abdominal/Pelvic: Angiography, embolization, G-tube, liver biopsy, paracentesis, radioembolization
– GU: Nephrostomy, biliary drainage, renal/ureteral stents, uterine artery embolization
– Vascular: Angioplasty, carotid stenting*, dialysis grafts*, endovascular interventions*, thrombectomy, TIPS
– Neuro: Carotid angiography*, vertebroplasty*, embolization*, discogram* (must scrub neuro consistently)
– Equipment: Fluoroscopy | Philips*, Siemens* | PACS
– Role: Scrub & circulate; sterile technique; vascular closure (Perclose/StarClose)
• 🗓️ Call: Required (≈12 days/weekends per month; 30-min response; must live within 25 minutes & have a car)
• 🧳 Licensure: CA Fluoro Permit required
