🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 Experience: 3+ years required; Peds & NICU experience highly preferred
• 🧾 Certifications: RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS (preferred), NRP, PALS, MD State License
• 💻 Charting: Epic required
• 🧠 Skills: Vent management (BiPAP/CPAP), HFNC, intubation, bronchoscopy assist, a-line insertion, bubble CPAP, pediatric and adult respiratory care
• 🚑 Setting: Mix of adult, pediatric, and NICU coverage – strong team environment
• 📆 Schedule: Fri–Sun set schedule | No on-call | Every other weekend rotation
