🏥 Position Highlights
• 💡 Experience: 3+ years required (NICU experience highly preferred)
• 🧾 Certifications: RRT or CRT, BLS, ACLS (preferred), NRP, PALS, MD State License
• 💻 Charting: Epic required
• ⚙️ Skills: Vent management (BiPAP/CPAP), intubation, bronchoscopies, a-line insertion, bubble CPAP, HFNC, and pediatric/adult critical care
• 👶 Setting: NICU, Pediatrics, and Adult ICU coverage
• 🚑 Schedule: Thurs–Sun | No on-call | Every other weekend rotation
