Job Description- Registered Nurse (RN) Healthcare Recruiter

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Omaha, NE, for a Registered Nurse (RN) Healthcare Recruiter. The RN Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing qualified healthcare professionals across a range of clinical roles. Key responsibilities include proactively engaging candidates through outbound calls, text messages, and email outreach; building and maintaining strong relationships with Registered Nurse (RN) candidates; conducting phone interviews; coordinating all stages of the hiring process; and ensuring a positive and seamless experience for both clients and candidates. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong persuasive abilities, and the capacity to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
