I’m Jonathan Castro! Prior to becoming a recruiter, I spent 14 years working in the hospitality and banking industries. What I enjoy most about recruiting is the opportunity to develop strong, meaningful, and long-lasting relationships with people from all walks of life.
Outside of work, I have a little too much free time for my own good, so my hobbies tend to include whatever rabbit hole or side quest happens to find me. My big three in life are sports, storytelling through entertainment, and boba.
My dream travel destination? A small town somewhere in Asia where I don’t know the language and can just let God take the wheel.
