Hi, I’m Kayla! I love helping nurses find opportunities that align with both their career and compensation goals. To me, recruiting is about more than simply filling a position—it’s about building genuine relationships and finding the right fit for each nurse.
Before becoming an RN Recruiter, I owned my own business and worked in financial crime investigation. Those experiences taught me the importance of communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, and building relationships with the people I work with.
I’m a very hands-on recruiter and pride myself on being someone my nurses can count on throughout their entire journey. I want to know more than just your specialty and preferred assignment—I’ll remember your birthday, your kids’ names, and the things that matter to you. My goal is for every nurse I work with to feel like they have a recruiter who truly knows them and has their back.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me spending time with my kids and looking for our next adventure. I love making memories with them and trying new things together. I’m also a proud Nebraska Cornhusker fan. I don’t really watch other teams… Go Big Red!
