JOB SUMMARY
Complete travel employee employment and education verifications. Additional duties may include overall clerical functions of the company including travel employee references, telephones, assisting recruiters and travelers, greeting and directing visitors, and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
1. Completes all employment and education verifications on Travel staff; routes to Credentialing Specialist Assigned. This includes:
o Verifying Employment History: This involves contacting previous employers (or using third-party verification services) to confirm employment dates and positions held.
o Data Verification and Accuracy: Ensuring all information collected is accurate and consistent with the applicant’s application and resume.
o Communication with Sources: Communicating with previous employers, educational institutions, or other verification sources to obtain necessary information.
o Maintaining Records: Documenting all verifications and keeping records of communication and findings.
o Quality Assurance: Reviewing verifications for accuracy and completeness to ensure the integrity of the hiring process.
o Problem-Solving and Discrepancy Resolution: Identifying and resolving any inconsistencies or discrepancies in the information provided.
o Compliance with Regulations: Ensuring all verification processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
2. Acts as backup for Client Service Specialist when needed.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. This position has no supervisory duties.

1. The ability to carefully review and verify information for accuracy.
2. The ability to communicate effectively with both internal and externally, both orally and in writing.
3. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
4. Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and record-keeping. Skill in operating a PC including basic to intermediate levels of Microsoft Office Suite.
5. The ability to identify and resolve discrepancies and issues that may arise during the verification process.
6. Ability to communicate in a professional manner while on the telephone and in person.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. One to two years administrative support experience, preferably in the travel, housing, or staffing area.
2. One to two years multi-line telephone experience preferred.
3. Three years of customer service experience.

Pay: From $19.34 per hour
