Position Summary
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and driving the performance of all sales activities within the Allied Division. This role provides strategic direction, operational oversight, and hands-on leadership to a team of Recruiters and Account Managers to achieve revenue growth, margin expansion, and market share objectives aligned with the company’s vision and values.
The Sales Manager develops and executes sales strategies, optimizes team structure and performance, and contributes to the design and implementation of training and development initiatives that enhance productivity and long-term organizational success.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on sales leadership, actively supporting and participating in deal strategy, negotiations, and closing activities.
• Establish and execute quarterly and annual sales plans aligned with company revenue and profitability targets.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize individual and team performance metrics to ensure goal attainment.
• Evaluate and refine sales organizational structure to maximize efficiency, productivity, and market penetration.
• Lead, coach, and develop Recruiters and Account Managers through consistent performance management, mentoring, and accountability practices.
• Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture focused on collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and distributors.
• Provide executive leadership with accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and strategic performance insights.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to inform strategy and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver constructive, timely feedback to team members to enhance performance and skill development.
• Ensure professional communication standards across all internal and external interactions.
• Support team members in resolving operational and sales-related challenges.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities
• Directly supervises a team of Recruiters and Account Managers.
• Responsible for hiring, onboarding, performance management, coaching, disciplinary actions, and career development.
• Conducts regular performance evaluations and establishes measurable development plans.

This position requires access to sensitive company, client, and employee information. The Sales Manager must maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with the Company’s Non-Competition and Confidentiality Agreement, internal policies, and applicable federal and state laws.

Required Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• Minimum two years in Allied healthcare staffing and healthcare staffing management required.
• Demonstrated success in sales leadership within the healthcare staffing industry.
• Strong team building, coaching, mentoring, and recruiting capabilities.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve team performance through structured sales management.
• Proficiency in sales reporting systems, CRM platforms, and performance analytics tools.
• Experience implementing standardized sales training methodologies and performance frameworks.
• Strong strategic planning, forecasting, and organizational skills.
• Ability to receive and apply constructive feedback to improve personal and team performance.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
• Professional communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English effectively.
