Titan Medical Group is looking for a motivated, passionate, driven Corporate Sales Trainer to assist in the following areas:

Qualifications

• Applicants must have knowledge in adult learning, curriculum development, effective facilitation techniques, and experience in hosting training in live settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development preferred or training experience will be considered in lieu of education.
• Outgoing personality and advanced communication skills.
• Knowledge of ATS / CRM with the ability to translate system capabilities into sales performance tactics.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to master technical and subject matter content quickly.
• Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines, and manage own workload
• Medical recruiting/ account
• Healthcare industry knowledge

• Be passionate about training and fostering growth for newly hired Titans.
• Embrace, learn, and become the subject matter expert (SME) of current Titan Medical Group training program and its methodologies.
• Empower, motivate, and inspire new hire employees.
• Remain current on industry trends, training techniques
• Continuously improve and discover new training techniques
• Serve as mentor, coach, and teammate to new hire employees beyond the two week training class.
• One year healthcare recruiting or account management experience
• 5 years corporate training or teaching experience required.

Education

Bachelor’s in Training & Development Preferred
