As a leader in the Healthcare Staffing Industry, Titan Medical Group is currently looking for an experienced Client Service Specialist. The ideal candidate will be energetic, self-motivated, and committed to growing a long-term career. This position is Omaha-based.
JOB SUMMARY
Provides the overall clerical functions for the company including travel employee references, telephones, assisting recruiters and travelers, greeting and directing visitors and other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
The job functions listed below represent the essential job duties and responsibilities of the above-listed position.
• Completes all Reference Checks on Travel staff, routes to Account Manager in a timely fashion.
• Assists with travel and housing-related paperwork relating to the travel staff including but not limited to making travel, housing, furniture, and rental car arrangements and conducting research into best options.
• Acts as backup for Client Service Representatives when needed.
• Participates in Client Services Division administrative function, including but not limited to filing, answering phones, routing faxes, ordering office supplies, and other related functions as appropriate.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory duties.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to write clearly, correctly, and concisely. Ability to read and interpret documents such as company policy, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to communicate professionally while on the telephone and in person.
• Skills in operating a PC including basic to intermediate levels of Microsoft Office Suite.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• One to two years of administrative support experience, preferably in travel, housing, or staffing areas.
• One to two years multi-line telephone experience preferred.
• One to two years of customer service experience.
