The Allied Healthcare Recruiter plays a vital role in Titan Medical Group’s mission to connect skilled healthcare professionals with meaningful travel assignments across the country. As the frontline relationship-builder for our travelers, this role ensures everyone is supported, understood, and placed in positions that align with their goals—while contributing directly to Titan’s growth and national reputation.

Success in this position looks like:

Building genuine, long-term relationships with travel nurses and becoming their go-to partner for multiple assignments.
Proactively identifying opportunities that match each traveler’s goals, skill set, and financial needs.
Consistently meeting recruitment goals through effective communication, problem-solving, and follow-through.
Representing Titan’s award-winning culture by fostering collaboration, maintaining integrity, and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.
Growing into a confident, self-driven recruiter capable of managing a strong book of business and contributing to Titan’s growth.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with travel nurses through proactive, phone-based communication.
Understand each candidate’s goals, preferences, clinical strengths, and motivators to guide them toward the right assignments.
Recruit, screen, and onboard qualified healthcare professionals for travel roles nationwide.
Manage ongoing traveler relationships throughout their assignment lifecycle, including contract renewals.
Leverage Titan’s recruitment tools, CRM systems, and technology to track activity and maximize efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to meet department goals and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Stay informed on market trends, assignment needs, and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards.
Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred, especially in fast-paced or target-driven environments.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Confidence in making decisions, asking meaningful questions, and guiding candidates through next steps.
Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
