RN Client Manager – Healthcare Staffing

Titan Medical Group, a leader in the healthcare staffing industry and an SIA Best Staffing Firm to Work For, is seeking an energetic, motivated RN Client Manager to join our Omaha-based team.

This role is ideal for someone with healthcare staffing experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with healthcare organizations while helping connect facilities with talented Registered Nurses (RNs).

Key Responsibilities

Develop, negotiate, and manage partnerships with healthcare organizations across the country

Prospect for new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients

Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare facility partners

Generate proposals, follow up with clients, and ensure exceptional service delivery

Work closely with internal recruiting teams to ensure qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) are presented to clients

Coordinate interviews between healthcare facilities and candidates

Monitor placements to ensure satisfaction for both the client and traveler

Maintain consistent communication with healthcare partners to understand staffing needs and priorities

Ensure account activity and placement levels meet or exceed company goals

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of recent healthcare staffing experience in client management or account management

Strong relationship-building and communication skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, phone-based environment

Self-motivated with a competitive drive to grow client relationships

Organized and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
