What You’ll Do

As a Medical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in shaping the careers of travel nurses and other healthcare professionals. You’ll:

Build strong, long-term relationships with travel nurses over the phone—getting to know their goals, preferences, and what truly matters to them.

Recruit and place healthcare professionals through proactive, phone-based outreach.

Manage ongoing relationships to support nurses through multiple travel assignments with Titan Medical Group.

Utilize industry-leading recruitment tools and technology to maximize efficiency.

Collaborate with an energetic, high-performing team to meet recruitment goals and exceed expectations.

What We’re Looking For

A positive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.

Sales experience (preferred), especially in fast-paced or target-driven environments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
