Titan Benefits: Explained

You’re dedicated to your patients, so we’re dedicated to you. We offer some of the most comprehensive benefits of any medical staffing agency that handles travel nursing and allied health positions.
However, understanding your benefits can be confusing. So,we’re here to help. Take a look at what we have to offer:
Health & Dental Insurance
Titan Medical Group offers Health & Voluntary Dental coverage to all travelers. Eligibility for these minor medical plans is as follows: If your actual START DATE is on or before the 20th of the month, you are eligible the first of the month following your start date. If your actual START DATE is after the 20th of the month, you are eligible the first of the month following 30 days of employment. Your Credentialing Specialist will work with you on your new hire paperwork to ensure all election forms are filled out.
Eligibility for the retirement plan requires 1,000 hours of employment in the previous 12 months; enrollment periods fall in January and July. Titan matches 50% of the first 6% you contribute. You can transfer prior employer accounts and other rollover IRA’s into your Titan Medical Group plan.
For every 2,080 hours worked you will receive a check for 40 hours of vacation time.
Titan Medical Group offers Life Insurance policies to protect you and your family. Detailed coverage is available upon request.
Titan will reimburse you for any additional state licenses obtained as a requirement of taking an assignment with Titan.
Continuing Education Unit Reimbursement
You are eligible after 90 days. Receipts are required. Contact your Account Manager for specific reimbursement questions!
$500 paid to you, as the referrer, when not on assignment; $750 if currently on assignment. The referred must complete 6 weeks of their assignment.
