The Fridays leading up to the holidays call for some holly & jolly activities in the Titan office! This last Friday, Titan celebrated Ugly Sweater Day and had our annual Secret Santa gift exchange! This year was our biggest Secret Santa yet with a total of 90 participants.
In Mid-November our Titan team gets an invitation asking them if they’d like to participate in the gift exchange. This is completely optional for employees but it’s always a fun way to get to know someone you may not know well in our company. It’s also a blast to join in on!
If you join in, you receive a co-worker’s name through a random name generator. You get one person to get a gift for and someone receives your name to get you a gift! It’s a holiday classic that everyone enjoys.
On December 16th, our team got together for the gift exchange party! This year, we had pizza brought in and a festive photo booth for our team to take pics. Our theme this day was Ugly Sweaters, so everyone dressed up for the occasion!
Everyone had a blast at this year’s Secret Santa. Lots of laughing, gift giving & holiday vibes in the air! We can’t wait to do it again next year! Happy Holidays from all of us here at Titan Medical!
